A British award-winning writing pair have got another great review for One Year One Night by SL Roman.

The American Reedsy.com runs the Discovery books website with the tagline ‘recommendations from real people not robots’.

The people behind this young adult novel are Laura Meloni Bywaters and Sarah Onions who met at the school gate near Kingston when their daughters became friends.

Sarah had already heard the story of a real boy who was killed in a bombing with two other kids in the English town of Egham.

Laura argued that the pair should turn the story of an unlucky boy into fiction and their first young adult fiction was created.

The book has been published by Red Chair Press and will be stocked in libraries in the U.S. and Canada.
