Sarah Onions, one half of SL Roman, visited 17 bookstores and 2 libraries in a 3 week trip.

The purpose was to promote One Year One Night – the first Young Adult historical fiction by Sarah and her writing partner Laura Meloni Bywaters.

It has royal approval in the form of a signed letter from Queen Camilla and was released by the American publisher Red Chair Press last year.

Sarah had two scheduled signings – at Book Love in Plymouth, Massachusetts and at Turtle Bookstore in Brookline near Boston.

She also chatted with a publisher in Manhattan, with links to Simon Schuster and Dorling Kindersley.

And a number of New England bookstores are now stocking signed copies of One Year One Night by SL Roman, in hardback.

Sarah and Laura are now halfway through a sequel to One Year One Night which is set in the London Blitz in 1940.
